Open and Expand a Small Kitchen

The kitchen at 948 Mason Avenue worked quite well for a small kitchen.  The appliances and counters were well positioned and provided ample highly functional space.

The stairs to the basement were accessed at one end, with pantry/storage/shelving at next to the stairs. 

One frustrating feature is the very low head clearance going down the stairs to the basement.  Also, the side door to the driveway is extremely low height.

We rearranged things.
